Teddy Bear Wizard Returns Policy
​At Teddy Bear Wizard, we want every story to have a happy ending. If your book arrives and it isn’t quite the right fit for your little reader, we are here to help you sort it out with a wave of a wand.

​1. The "Change of Mind" Magic
​In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and notify us that you’d like to return it. Once you’ve notified us, you have another 14 days to send the book back.

​Condition: To be eligible for a refund, books must be in their original, unread condition (no folded corners or crayon "masterpieces," please!).

​Return Shipping: Unless the book is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service.
​
​2. Damaged or Faulty Books
​If your book arrives damaged or it’s the wrong title entirely, our wizarding apprentices likely made a mistake! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

​We will provide a pre-paid return label or a full refund (including original shipping costs).

​We can also send out a replacement copy faster than a dragon flies.
​
​3. Non-Returnable Items
​Certain items are exempt from being returned:

​Personalised Books: If the book has been custom-printed with a child's name or message.

​Digital Downloads: E-books or audiobooks once the download has started.

​Gift Cards: These cannot be redeemed for cash.

​Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

​A Note on Sustainability: As lovers of paper and trees, we encourage you to check our "Look Inside" previews before buying to ensure the book is perfect for your child, helping us reduce the carbon footprint of return shipping!

​Pack it up: Secure the book in its original packaging (or something equally protective).
