​Welcome to the Teddy Bear Wizard enchanted books! We want to make sure your little one’s new favorite stories arrive safely and swiftly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our books fly from our wizarding workshop to your doorstep.

​Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
​We primarily ship within the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

​How We Deliver

​Courier Partners: We use Royal Mail and select carbon-neutral couriers to ensure your books are handled with care.

​Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey.

​Packaging: To protect our magical forests, we use 100% recyclable or compostable packaging. No plastic spells here!

​International Shipping
​Currently, the Teddy Bear Wizard ships exclusively within the UK. We are working on our "Global Teleportation" spells to reach international readers soon!
Delivery charges and times vary for overseas addresses.

​Missed Deliveries
​If an owl (or courier) cannot find you, they will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local point. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, a small re-shipping fee may apply.

​Damaged or Lost Spells
​Every book is inspected by the Wizard before shipping. However, if your book arrives damaged or goes missing in the "Great Void" (transit), please contact us at teddywizardbooks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement right away!

​Note for Parents: During busy holiday seasons or magical events, delivery times may vary slightly. We always recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!
